Introduction	I believe we all have the power to create our own lives. In our hectic worlds, stress often renders us helpless to believe in, much less use, that power. The moment has come for me to take a few deep breathes and re-evaluate my creations. It is time for me to step back, quiet myself down, open my heart and let in much of what I have been shutting out. I have ended my tenure as chef/owner of Lily's Cafe in Stonington Maine. I am excited about a new path, the doors that are opening and the thaw I feel in my soul. I hope to share this journey and some of my cooler discoveries with anyone who wishes to follow.
