| Introduction | Natural health solutions are a passion for me. This is because I suffered with depression for over 20 years until I was treated with a natural health approach which got to the root cause of the depression. For over 20 years mainstream doctors only gave me anti-depressants and recommended psychotherapy. At age 43 (I'm 49 now) I found out (from a doctor who was an expert in bioidentical hormones) that I was hypothyroid, had adrenal fatigue and low progesterone. Within 4 months my depression was gone and has not returned! Now I work for the wellness center that gave me my health and life back. I can't keep quiet about bioidentical hormones because as I write this millions of other women and men are still suffering with hormonal imbalance. God has given me the privilege of helping others get their lives back as I did. I'm very grateful for this and the rewarding life I now lead! |
