Introduction	a typical "aero belly' recumbent rider caught in a weight management loop. Some year I will get to a point where I can spin & fly up them damn hills quickly! Since taking up recumbent cycling in 2002 I have become alot more fit and healthier! I find that riding a recumbent encourages long distance riding, I participate in the local MS Tour, Tour de ALberta and various self Tours. I am looking forward to some American group rides and an attempt at randoneering in '11. I am also part of a local Leduc riding group called GodSpoke, we ride on Wednesdays and plan several longer rides and tours through out the year! My wife and I ride Easy Racer Gold Rush's (my teens like riding 'Bents too!) Someday I hope to have a Velo Glad you stopped by!
