| Introduction | We are talented entrepreneurs who, over the years have developed skills and abilities that cover a myriad of competencies across a range of key business building areas. In December 1999, after a long history within the debt recovery and credit management sector, Mike commenced Bridgement Smith Collections and together with Kerry they guided the company through its growth phase from start up to a $6 million dollar business with 50 employees and six offices throughout Australia and New Zealand. Mike and Kerry sold the business in April 2008 and the desire to assist other entrepreneurs to develop their own dream has resulted in the formation of Biz Wizards and its associate company, Effective Credit Management (www.ecmoz.biz).
