IntroductionWe here at All for Love of Yarn strive to give you the best yarn possible, not only does it look great in the skein, but just as good, if not better when knitted and crocheted into fabric. Minimal Pooling…yes, pooling, we really don’t like it, not one little bit! We dye our yarns in a way that will minimize the pooling effect, sometimes what you get with hand- painted yarns. Pooling is blotches of the same color in spots or streaks in your finished fabric. We don’t hand-paint our yarns the traditional way with sectional repeats, but a special way which will give overall, even color, and with no one color pooling in one area. Of course pooling can depend on your project, small circumference verses a larger area. We can say with confidence that you will have minimal pooling with our yarns the majority of the time. Angela began All for Love of Yarn in August of 2009 with a few skeins of undyed yarn and some Kool-Aid and loved the process and the results. It didn’t give much control over the colors, so she went to professional acid dyes and hasn’t stopped since! We have been adding new and interesting yarns and fibers to the collection ever since.
