| Introduction | Enjoy cooking and gardening as my new hobbies. Lately, I'd prefer to have my homemeals rather than eating out (if it's not really good food and good restaurant:)). Why I believe homemeals are healtier than eating out? Firstly, you can adjust the seasoning according to your taste(I usually reduce the amount of salt and sugar), secondly, you know exactly what you put in to create a dish (I prefer to trim off the excess fat/skin, use fresh and healthy ingredients, thirdly, you can cook as much as you like according to your portion, in this case no food wasted, last but not least, it's healtier as well for your pocket:) |
