Introduction	Writing my first Bible study on the Gospel of John was an unexpected journey and a total blessing. I chose the name of the study as the name of this blog. I have loved John's Gospel for so long – it has always been my favorite. What a fearsome and awesome experience it was to prepare that study and to continue the journey in writing more studies. My walk with the Lord is teaching me more and more about the pure grace that is the love of Jesus. I pray that we may grow in the knowledge of that love – the love of the Father as for the Son, the love of the Father for us, his children, as revealed in and through our Lord Jesus, and the love of God through us to our world. I hope that in some small way, these meditations will be a bit of light along your path as you come to know "How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God.” (1 John 3:1)
