| Introduction | Blog by the Refugee Sponsorship Working Group of St. John’s United Church, Halifax, NS. St.John's is sponsoring one family as a private sponsor. The family is waiting procedures oversees still but sofar required paper work for them is done. The St.John's Refugees Working Group consists of volunteers who do a lot of necessary work for both before the family has arrived and till one year after they have arrived. This blog has some extras on the interesting Kurdish culture including links on learning the beginnings of a Kurdish language. |
