| Introduction | Newly married. Newly 40. Newly Paleo. Well, that's not totally true. I have dabbled with Paleo for years. However, I have never gone "all in." This blog is my experiment to take my Paleo diet from the 50-70% range into the 90-100% range. Here, I will record my experiment. However, my experiment is far from scientific. I have read the science and I think it's important to research. This experiment is far from cavemanish. I'll leave that for my barefooted brethren. Rather, I just want to talk about what Paleo looks like in real life - what I cook, what I think, how I move, how I feel. I'll also share my results along the way. The Good. The Bad. The Ugly.
