| Introduction | I am currently a grad student in Sociology and Equity Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. I am also part of the collaborative program Comparative, International, and Development Education. My research interests are in indigenous knowledges and ways of knowing, spirituality in schooling, and transformative education with a focus on Africa - all through an anti-colonial discursive framework. I use this blog to keep in touch with friends and family, share some of my interests, and highlight some of the issues that pique my interest in regards to Africa, race, and faith in particular. |
