Introduction	I am 64. Born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Married 42 plus years - two married sons and 6 grandchildren. I am, first and foremost, a follower of Jesus, a professional speaker, teacher, writer/blogger, and life-long student with a B.A. (Classics, UBC), and an M.A. (Religious Studies, UBC). I spent a good part of my working life (35 plus years) serving as a pastor of various sized congregations in the U.S. and Canada.
Interests	Walking/sitting by the ocean, road trips, ancient history & languages, community volunteering
Favorite movies	Fiddler on the Roof, Field of Dreams, Mr. Holland's Opus, The Doctor, Les Miserables, anything Star Trek (not Star Wars, though), anything biographical, and mostly British mysteries/dramas (like Poirot, Foyles War, etc.).
Favorite music	Rather eclectic, therefore, some classical, country, folk, gospel, jazz and rock. I really like the original Les Miserables soundtrack (London Cast), and the original Fiddler on the Roof soundtrack.
Favorite books	The Bible, Christian-Counter Culture by John Stott, Anything related to Religious and/or Biblical Studies, Agatha Christie novels, James Herriot's series, Biographies
