| Introduction | The mission of The Flexible Learning and Evaluation Exchange is to always use a unique technology based, revolutionary approach that is research-validated and inherently creates transparency. FLEX strives to bring integrity and professionalism to the educational sector in a way that empowers an unprecedented level of participation in local, national, and global learning communities; thus stimulating creativity and collaboration, and impacting learners on an individual level. Our goals at the Flexible Learning and Evaluation Exchange (FLEX) are to:(i) to change outcomes perpetuated from the education system including: low graduation rates of US students, small percentages of students that follow post-secondary STEM pursuits, and the ever-widening achievement gap that cultivates a mediocre global workforce, and (ii) to address the shortage and inequitable distribution of highly effective teachers that adversely affects students’ long term success. |
