| Introduction | Cheryl began her real estate career in 1987. Previously, she worked as Marketing Vice President of two Fortune 500 Corporations and prior to that as a Research Analytical Chemist. Her education (BS & MBA), scientific training and business background prepared her to provide her clients with the information they need to make the best possible decisions for their families. She is Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Greater Fairfield County Multiple Listing System, President of the Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors, Past-Chairman of the CT Association of Realtors Risk Management and Professional Standards Committees, a licensed real estate broker in CT & NY, and owner of CSD Select Homes real estate company. She holds the following certifications: Accredited Buyers Representative,Accredited Staging Professional, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Residential Broker, Certified Residential Specialist,Certified Relocation Professional,Graduate of the Realtors Institute,Military Certified Residential Specialist, Professional Standards Certified Specialist and Seniors Real Estate Specialist and was selected as the 2010 CT Realtor of the Year. |
