| Introduction | Over the past three decades as an educator, I have had the opportunity to serve as a teacher, athletic director, head basketball coach, high school administrator and a middle school principal. During my professional journey, I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse student population; that included urban, inner-city and rural educational environments. This journey has included serving as an educator in California and Florida. These experiences were instrumental in my creating The Copeland Group, LLC. As an educational consultant I have a passion for assisting educators and parents with the development of creativity, innovation, leadership, the arts and mentoring for all children. Our presentations are filled with challenging questions and concrete examples to bring out the best results for our clients. We will always tailor our presentation to suit the client’s needs. | Interests | Playing golf has been a passion for more than 25 years. I also, teach golf at the Lakeland YMCA' First Tee Program. Researching my family linage and assiting other with their research. I love speaking before groups and challenging the audience to embrace change, hope and love. |
