| Introduction | Hello! My name is Liz, I am 33 years old, have a wonderful husband and 3 gorgeous boys! I am also 40 pounds overweight and am sick and tired of being unhealthy. I never once dreamed I would have a weight issue BUT I do. I have watched the scale go up the last 3 years and now I am going to watch it go down and stay down!
