| Introduction | My name is Melia and my thoughts on food are best understood by this Ron Swanson quote: "When I eat, it is the food that is scared." I enjoy cooking and baking, but mostly I enjoy eating. And food should be scared because I eat a lot of it, with no shame. This blog will chronicle both my trials and errors in the kitchen and my triumphs in eating (because Yelp is where I put my food failures) and I hope it doesn't put you to sleep.
