Introduction	My educational background includes a B.S. in Biology, an M.S. in Pharmacotherapeutics, and an MBA. I have over twenty five years of experience in providing litigation-related and environmental management consulting services. On several occasions, I have served in corporate management roles on an interim basis (e.g., CEO, COO or CFO) of companies facing rapid change. Before becoming an independent consultant, I was a principal in Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett, Inc.’s environmental and litigation consulting practices. I later served as a director of KPMG Peat Marwick regional litigation practice in Pittsburgh, PA and held similar positions with Arthur Andersen & Co. and Coopers & Lybrand. Also employed by Purdue Frederick Research Center and Revlon Health Care Group, for four years as an analytical chemist in pharmaceutical R&D. I have worked on a wide variety of environmental problems, including the application of decision analysis techniques to settlement negotiations; tort and property damage estimation; environmental management reviews; Superfund cost allocation and recovery; and estimation of the monetary value of claims for hazardous waste insurance coverage.
