Introduction	I trained as a nutritionist and spent over 10 years practising in the field of nutrition. I am the author of 'What's in This' (Virgin Books 2008) which is a guide for parents to help them decipher what's in their childrens food. After struggling to find healthy, natural and yummy snacks for my two children once they had grown out of the Baby aisle I set about developing my own range. After running the business from my kitchen baking cakes and selling into local cafes, delis and soft play centres, Born To Be Yummy's Goodness Cakes range is now launching nationally in July 2011. Mum to a 3 yo boy and a 5 yo girl. I have few domestic talents apart from cooking which I love. I am passionate about good food, getting children enjoying healthy food and having fun in the kitchen.
