| Introduction | ISEA is an affiliated local union of Laborers' International Union of North America and represents supervisory level State employees in the State of Illinois for purposes of collective bargaining, as well as non-bargaining unit, merit compensation grade employees, known as "Association Members". ISEA began representing Illinois State Employees in 1923 and became affiliated with the Laborers' in 2002. ISEA, Laborers' Local 2002 continues to fight for better wages and working conditions for Illinois State employees. |
