| Introduction | Huh, glad you asked. I'm a 33 year old nurse, two kids, one cat, lots of fish, and one dounut eating cop for a husband. Going back to school to get my RN. Oh yeah, and a gift from mother nature, Irish and German genetics has left me with redhair, green eyes, medium to curvy build, pleasently plump and working on getting it a little less plump. I've lost 40lbs in the last year by changing my eating habits and working out. I follow a 1500 Cal Diabetic Diet and working out at least three times a week. No I am not currently diabetic, but do have an inhereted increased risk factor that I am trying to hold off as long as I can. |
