| Introduction | We have been working on this yacht for over 10 years with the goal of sailing her up the Qld coast to the Whitsundays and then up to Cairns, across the top to Darwin and ultimately the Kimberleys. However, after 5 months of mostly motor/sailing, and only getting as far as the Whitsundays which we now think is quite far enough, we reckon the next boat will be a big fast "stinkboat" (motor cruise Cat)! For many years we called her "The Blue Bitch" (I called her that because I reckoned that Phil spent more time with her than me at times - ha!) however, the yachties informed us that we couldn't call her that because it would be unlucky, so she became the Blue Belle II above (but she's still the Bitch below - meant in the fondest sense) instead! |
