Introduction	I am an ACE certified personal trainer and fortunate enough to love what I do. After years of training in a gym, I went out on my own and opened my own PT studio, New Beginnings (http://www.NewBeginningsPT.com). It is what I always wanted to do and I love it! I do one-on-one training, small group training, as well as teach small group classes for teenage girls (age 12-16). I have a wonderful husband, 2 children and 2 step children. Interests	I love to exercise! I devour books and info. about nutrition, exercise and being healthy. I love spending time with my husband and kids and love taking my big cuddly 200 lb mastiff, Molly for walks (after my runs, of course-She can't keep up!)
