| Introduction | On a scale of 1 to 10. Knowledge is power the key to a balancing act. Walking the tightrope of stability. Meds are not a cure all and every stumble is a learning experience. I might not beable to stop the feelings, but understanding what is happening inside of my body allows me to be more aware of reality verse what is going on in my mind.
