| Introduction | At forty years old, I am a new therapist, a new sort-of/sometimes athlete, and a returning (amateur) writer. I also try to meditate. I signed up for this blog in the hopes that I would be writing about these things. However, my father was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer, and I suspect I'll be writing the most about that. Please ignore typos, grammatical errors, and clunky wording. I'm trying to write without much editing. I've learned that if I worry too much about writing well, I won't write at all. |
