| Introduction | I was born in Auckland, New Zealand in 1956 and my family moved to Opotiki, in the Eastern Bay of Plenty two years later. I was educated at Opotiki College, University of Waikato and Massey University. I am an ESL teacher currently working in Brunei. I am married with a 6 year old son. Prior to Brunei I taught ESL in Japan for almost 7 years. I served in the NZ Army from 1991-2001 as an Education Officer and held the rank of Captain. |
