Introduction	I am a mom, a wife and someone who strives to have a well-nourished family. I love providing my family, and the people around me, with healthy food options. I am on a mission to educate on whole foods and importance of a diet rich in farm fresh fruits, vegetables and meat. I also want to encourage families to begin important food traditions like having meals together, cooking together (even with small children)and producing a family garden(even if it is a container garden!). No, having two small children and a husband, we are not perfect; but I strive for nutrient-dense foods daily incorporated with strong family traditions. I am a registered dietitian, weight loss coach for Real Living Nutrition Services, speaker and writer here to help moms and dads provide their families with the healthiest life!
