Introduction	Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog. I am Gopa. Originally from West Bengal and at present living in Delhi along with my husband and dog/child Kublai. No, I am not a professional cook and do not claim to be one. This blog is more like a journal so that when I learn some new recipe I can try it out and keep it sealed here for a later date. Coz' orelse I forget the recipe. Also, in the process I get to share the recipes with all of you. The images are mine (unless specified). If you wish to prepare something from my blog-you;re most welcome. But do remember since I am not a porfessional chef or anything close to it-the recipes are very homely and the ingredient measures are mostly a rough estimate. I do not measure and cook and hence there might be a slight difference. Please feel free to use your own judgement when it comes to the measurement. Also, appreciation is always welcome and adored. If you like anyof my recipes or have tried it out-please feel free to drop me a line. I would love to hear from you. Any sort of spam or hate comments aimed at hurting others would be deleted. However, comments about the food or some other version that you know off are most welcome.
