Introduction	I LOVE being in the kitchen, not just cooking, I love being in the kitchen. I have struggled with my weight since I was 12, but I LOVE food; so, I am always exploring different eating options. Currently, I am focused on eating the best sources of food I can find, and also trying not to eat much of it; because I need to lose some weight! I want to share the meals that are staples in our house as well as innovative meals that support my current weight loss goals.
