| Introduction | What does it look like for an average, everyday person to get and stay healthy? How does one embark on a quest for total health: spirit, soul, and body? I’m trying to answer that, and hope that you’ll help me along the way. I’m no expert, guru, or fitness pro. I don’t have access to expensive equipment, programs, or weight loss snake oil. Like most people, I’m starting at the bottom and slowly working my way to the top. That is what this blog chronicles. Along the way there will be triumphs, trials, rants, and anything else that may be swilling around in my grey matter. I enjoy honest discourse, but understand, Auntie does not abide by meanness.
