| Introduction | I like to learn about beer and wine and how they are made and cooking with alcohol also. I like to learn about different cuisines and what cultures and organizations have for meals. I am interested about find new food I have not tied before and tasting them and using them in recipes or create new recipes. I like to travel the world. I have lived in Sicily, the island below the peninsula of Italy. Italy and Sicily’s society and food was a wonderful experience and scary sometimes. Germany was fun because I was old enough to drink and experience new taste of food and breweries and their wonderful beer they served and in both countries the citizen are very nice, polite, and helpful. I am striving to learn as much as I can before I get further into my careers. I am learning management skills as well to be able to manage and run a restaurant and open any establishment if I choose to go in business for my self. Or if I am called upon to open and/or run a operation for a operation. I have had jobs in several companies like Walt Disney World, and a casino/hotel called the Peppermill. |
