| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! I came to Ashtanga yoga as a very unathletic uncoordinated person. In a moment of bravery, I stepped into a class called "Power Yoga." That class changed my life. Since that moment, the practice has been a constant in my life. Through major changes in career and moving and life set backs, the breath and the asanas are always there.
