Introduction	I am 74 years old and am very active for my age. I work out at a local gym and would reccomend it to anyone to keep healthy and fit.

Favorite movies	There are many movies I have enjoyed through the years but my favorite will be The Last of the Mohigans and Lord of the Rings.
Favorite music	All kinds of music. Clasical,some rock, Christian and contempory.
Favorite books	I love to reak and usually read about three books a month. I have lots of favorite authors.
