Introduction	I have recently begun writing a fictional novel that I am very excited about. I plan on sharing the writing and publishing process as I experience it. Hopefully my search to fulfill my dreams will inspire others to reach for theirs. Until I finish my manuscript though, my blog posts will be things I write in the time I'm not writing the book. Here's a little about me: I am 27 years old. I am married to the most amazing man I have ever known. I love to sing. I've taken up painting and I am trying to constantly better myself, to fit things into my life that make me happy - that make me feel more alive. What is the point of having this life if I don't enjoy or appreciate it? I love music, art, travel, photography, giving people advice (sometimes unsolicited), books, theater, movies, kickboxing, writing, and learning new things. I am usually a chronic nail-biter; always have been; but lately, I'm doing really well. I use WAY too much nail polish, but it helps. I love surprises. I love animals. I eat meat. I love sweets. LOVE sweets. I'm typically resistant to change - even though life is about change - so I'm working on being more flexible.

Favorite movies	I LOVE movies! Netflix is a wonderful thing - I thought it would keep me from buying movies...but no - it has only introduced me to more movies I love! Here's a list of some of my favorites: Memoires of a Geisha, The Princess Bride, The Three Amigos, Young Frankenstein, How to Loose a Guy in Ten Days, Gladiator, Braveheart, Zoolander, Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Fools Rush In, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Underworld, While You Were Sleeping...I love movies with Sean Bean or with Christian Bale (like "Little Women" and gosh, what else is he in?)... ; )

Favorite books	I love books. Just being in a bookstore makes me so happy. I could sit in a Barnes & Noble or a library for hours and hours. I really enjoy Shakespeare's plays, The Odyssey, Memoires of a Geisha, The Harry Potter Series, The DaVinci Code, Pillars of the Earth, the Twilight Series, Harold and the Purple Crayon...
