Introduction	By day, Ms. Barnett is a Senior Engineer and NEPA Project Manager for Enercon Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma. By night, she is a mom to three wonderful kids, wife of another big kid, and lover of her community. A two-time alumni of the University of Oklahoma College of Engineering, she has over 15-years experience ranging from process design and construction to permitting and impact mitigation. She enjoys most helping individuals to make their own positive impact. Ms. Barnett has extensive experience large and small-scale public presentations. Recently, she has provided presentations on LID for the Tulsa Partners GreenBag Lunch Series, the Oklahoma Conservation Commission, the Oklahoma Floodplain Management Association, and the American Public Works Association. She has also recently completed a revision of the City of Tulsa stormwater management criteria for LID, in coordination with Meshek and Associates, and serves as President of the Board for Tulsa Partners, Inc.
