| Introduction | My work is a combination of two separate styles of painting that emerged over years of exploration. In the Impressionistic aspect of the painting I get to use the relationship between colors, brushstroke and emotion to set the mood. In other parts of the painting you may find it to be more Abstract Expressionistic giving me a chance to paint in a more narrative manner. Using both styles to tell one story I am able to give a sense of now along with a history of the past connecting the past to the present. |
