| Introduction | I am a patron of the arts, who has been a loyal and active member of the Saints. The Saints is an organization dedicated to supporting the Chicago performing arts community through volunteer work (primarily ushering) and the awarding of grants. On June 9, 2009, my membership was revoked and I was banned by the Board of Directors after 24 years of dedicated service. On September 14, 2009, the board reversed its decision and reinstated my membership. This blog contains up to date information about the Saints, and has links to recent news articles and blog postings that appeared in the Chicago Reader. All points of view are welcome. This site provides information, and gives members an opportunity to ask questions and voice opinions.
