| Introduction | I have 5 boys and a "adopted daughter" and a wonderful husband. I am the Program Director for Youth Services at the #1 psychiatric hospital in south Texas. I manage the staffing of nurses, Therapists and Case workers and develop Programs and Modules for thier treatment and crisis intervention. We have 60 youth service beds for ages 4 to 17. I love my job and am definately a work-a-holic. |
