Introduction I love to cook simple and humble food. I enjoy cooking, it is therapeutic to me. My recipes are mainly authentic Andhra Food. I tweak other cusines to suit my taste buds. Being a vegetarian I can only blog for what I cook. Food is cooked with great deal of attention to the balancing of nutrition, flavor, texture and variety. As much as I like good food, I go easy with salt, sugar, oil, ghee etc for the benefit of healthy food for everyday cooking. Festivals and special occasions are off limits! I believe that passion and love are the invisible ingredients of any dish. Cook with love and for the Joy of Sharing with family and friends. My Grandmother used to say "Offer it to God, makes it tastier". A Hearty meal is very satisfying, so, cook and enjoy! All my recipes are tried and tested but always modify to suit your taste. I am experimenting with new found love of food photography. I will update my blog frequently, please send in requests or suggestions sticking to food and cooking. Thank you for stopping by.

Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?

Yes. Someone found it really difficult to pick some/certian food with a spoon (well, i would have nauturally used my hands) but had a brilliant idea to have sharp edges to solve this problem! Birth of a fork was what followed.
