| Introduction | I am a Mom of a 12 year old boy in the 6th grade. He lives with Me, his Dad, his 14 year old brother, his Grandma, his Grandpa and yellow Labrador. He was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes on April 4, 2005. He spent the first 6 months doing 4-7 insulin shots/day. He is currently using the Medtronic Minimed Paradigm Real-Time insulin pump. He periodically wears the sensor that goes with his pump. |
