Introduction	I'm a "woman of a certain age," mostly Finnish, marathon runner "Finn"isher, but not hard core and lately more defined by the shorter casual runs. Maybe I might have one more marathon more likely a half but it doesn't matter. NowI am grateful to get my stubby little old legs out there! I am a mother of three, wife to one husband, a Mimi to five, and friend to many animals and old folks. I'm also the retired nursing director of two departments at a hospital and have written two uninteresting nursing text books.
Interests	Running, Writing, Reading, Knitting, Traveling, yoga, Zen, trying to like weight training, and meditation.
