About me

IndustryArts
LocationNorth Hampton, New Hampshire, United States
IntroductionMy novel SEABORN will be out in July 2008 from Juno Books. My short story "Hammers and Snails" won the Heinlein Centennial Writing Contest (Amateur Division) -July 2007. I signed with Sternig & Byrne Literary Agency in May 2007. Other than that, I love to create, primarily with words. As an army brat, I grew up all over: Fort Belvoir, Virginia, Indiana, Presidio of San Francisco, France, Germany, and Japan. My short stories have appeared in The Harrow, Another Realm, Ultraverse, Quantum Muse and others. I'm a writer who also paints, working in pen and ink, watercolor and digital formats. I've settled in coastal New Hampshire with my wife and two wonderful kids, and I've blogged steadily since 2004, mostly on writing, art, Aristotle and technology. InterestsWriting novels and short stories, primarily fantasy and science fiction. Drawing and painting in watercolor and digital. I usually paint scenes from the stories I write, but every once in a while the mood for something else will take me. Did I mention mermaids? Mermaids.
