Your bow is not broken but you've run out of arrows. How can you fake being a bard?
No problem, I would find a willow tree and break off some young branches. Next I'd find a flint and use this to strip the bark off and whittle a sharp point. Finally I'd use feathers to create the fletching and bind these on using strips of the bark. Hey presto a perfect arrow, I'd probably make a patchwork quiver to keep it in, in shades of green so that I was camouflaged when out hunting.
