Introduction	The co-founder, coach, and operations director has reflected that this year of 2012 as a coach was fast, exciting, and progressive. I began my coaching career by participating in the Oznamham Summer League of 1996. After six years of teaching at Allegheny Academy, I began coaching a varsity basketball team that won its first ever sectional championship season. My passion for coaching was ignited during that time period of my life. Following Allegheny Academy, I was blessed with continuing my coaching career as a Assistant Coach for the Oliver High School Football Program. After coaching a challenging two years it was very maturing. It gave me a chance to grow and learn from a very talented coach. Now, Currently I am the Head Coach at Propel Charter School. We are in our first year conference runner up. Coaching has been a passion of mine where I get the chance to help young people learn leadership, work ethic, poise, and team work.
