Introduction	I am a 30-year old self appointed yummy-mummy. Married to an Australian-Indian (Mano), I currently live in Bangalore and am a full-time mummy to my wonderful 10-month daughter, Tamara. I am also pursuing a teacher-training course in yoga, and spend 2 hours every day trying to be still and meditate (very much a work in progress), and contorting my body into postures that seem insane, but feel fabulous. I am all about being a yummy-mummy, which means celebrating the ‘I’, ‘me’ and ‘myself’ in my mummy. Proud mothers we may all be, but there is so much more to us mummies and that is what this blog is about. It is about yummy-mummy culture, the obsessions, fears, joys and also the fun of being a yummy-mummy. So if you’d like to be part of my yummy-mummy journey, buckle up and read on.
