| Introduction | I've spent 6 years working in the retail industry, starting as a cashier and working my way up to become a Manager. I've primarily dealt with fashion clothing for men, women, and kids in a store located in malls or shopping centres. During my time in retail, I've gained experience in various aspects of the business, such as operations, inventory management, stock control, visual merchandising, and providing excellent customer service. I've also been responsible for generating reports and conducting analyses to improve store performance. At the same time, I've been sharpening my skills in digital marketing. This includes activities like search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), social media optimization (SMO), and content creation. I've also tried my hand at website development using platforms like WordPress, Wix, and Blogger and I'm familiar with HTML, CSS, and integration codes. As a side project, I've managed an e-commerce website specializing in women's fashion clothing using a dropshipping model and blog posts. My various experience has fitted me with a range of skills that I'm eager to bring to new challenges and opportunities. |
