| Introduction | As a kid, my house was the one whose kitchen was rarely used. My parents worked a lot and dinner was always catered. As for mom, her culinary talents were learned in Home-ec and evolved little over time. My interest in cooking is really unexplained. Many people follow in the footsteps of those they see beside a stove all their lives. For me, it was something I knew I loved even though I never had any real guidance. As an adult, I continue to have a passion for cooking and creating new flavors. There is something unique about having family and friends gathered around a bountiful table. Life is about great food, great wine, and great company. |
