| Introduction | I am Ashish Sharma, I have done my Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management. Worked for Vihal Retail Ltd., Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd., Kanwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. and Currently working as a Hostel Warden with Taurian World School in Ranchi. I have learnt Yoga and Karate from Bihar School of Yoga Munger from 1998 - 2004. Since 1998 every day of my life started to change positively. I started understanding the philosophy of Life and Yoga together. I realsised that Yoga is the best possible way to keep your self healthy, productive, calm away from materialistic distractions and the finest way to attach your self with God. I Taught Yoga to many individuals, groups and corporates in Delhi and NCR for more than a year. I have created this blog to share my experiences and learning since my childhood about yoga, aquarium fishes, aquascaping and many more things on the blog which I would like to share with you all |
