About me

Introduction	I've enjoyed Art ever since I could hold a crayon. When I was in elementary school, my family moved to the country. Since this was before the time of video games, I exercised my creativity with a pencil and brush. Art is more than a skill, it's a joy. There are so many amazing and beautiful scenes around the world, from the eagle soaring high above the pines to the Blue Whale gracefully gliding through the waters of the Indian Ocean. My first and great joy goes beyond looking at creation however. Spending time getting know my Creator and Savior as I search through His Word, the Bible has been a blessing beyond all others, giving me a special appreciation for creation. These marvelous creatures are not only beautiful, but a beautiful reminder of the marvelous Creator. I graduated college with an Art Education degree, and to this day painting and drawing continue to be a favorite hobby. Like anything that brings enjoyment, it only makes things more enjoyable when shared with others. That's how I see it first and forefost with my Savior, Jesus Christ and that's how I see it with the many watercolor portraits I've painted over the years. If you like what you see, let me know.
