Introduction	Crafts have been a part of my life since I was a child. I guess you could say I come by it honestly. My mother was always making something and even supplemented the household income with them. That is now what I hope to do. My brother is a Fine Arts professor at the University of Alabama and my sister is a Potter. The tradition has carried on down through the years now with my children who love to make things whether it be in drawing, or my daugher enjoys many mediums just as I do. I am a transplanted southern girl who began in Florida and moved to North Carolina when I was 13, and I have been here ever since. I hope to share my thoughts, my musings and even a tip or two as I go along. This is a new venue for me so please bear with me as I embark on a new part of my life and won't you come along on the journey with me?
