About me

Introduction David Marston was born in 1979 and raised somewhere in the West Midlands. He did a degree in early medieval history at the University of Sheffield before moving to London to do things that involved neither history nor writing. He can’t remember why now, but it seemed like a good idea at the time. He always tried to write stories no matter how tired or drunk he was with varying degrees of success and quality control. In 2008 he completed the MA in Creative & Life Writing at Goldsmiths University and now has to do things he’d rather not talk about to earn money whilst attempting to finish his first novel. He has had short stories published in various print and web locations and is the editor of the forthcoming Goldfish 2 Anthology from Goldsmiths. He lives in South-East London and in moments of extreme arrogance writes about himself in the third person.
